Candy Cane Chocolate Dipped Chunks

Serves 8

Ingredients: 

1 bag of Hot Cocoa granola chunks

3/4 cup of white chocolate, chopped (or white chocolate chips if preferred)

4-5 crushed candy canes

Hot Cocoa dipped chocolate candy cane recipe

Method:

1. Melt chocolate in 15 second increments in the microwave.

2. Dip Hot Cocoa chunks in chocolate and lay on a parchment covered baking sheet.

3. Sprinkle with crushed candy canes and allow to set at room temp.

4. Enjoy alllll holiday season! Store any leftovers in a sealed container at room temp.
