Loaded Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

Serves 1
Ingredients:
Banana bread recipe (click here)
1 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp coconut yogurt
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp chocolate chips
1 banana, sliced
Hot Cocoa More Granola

Method:
Once banana bread has baked, cooled and been cut into 10-12 thick slices, heat your coconut oil in a skillet over medium heat. Take 2 slices of banana bread and place them in the skillet, cooking for 2-3 minutes or until lightly browned on one side. Flip each piece and continue to cook on the other side, another 2-3 minutes. Serve warmed banana bread topped with coconut yogurt, chocolate chips and sliced banana, then drizzle the peanut butter on top of everything and enjoy!
