• 1/2 cup dates (pitted & soaked)
• 1/2 cup Hot Cocoa More Granola
• 3/4 cup almond flour
• 3 tbsp peanut butter (or almond)
• 3 tbsp maple syrup
• 1/4 cup chocolate chips/chunks
Start by soaking dates in boiled water for 10 mins. Drain & add them and the granola to a food processor and pulse until sticky mixture forms.
Scoop the mixture into the base of 6 lined muffin tins (roughly 1 tbsp in each). Next, stir together all dough ingredients and add on top of the granola base. Freeze for 10 mins, then drizzle on some melted chocolate. Store in fridge and enjoy!
