1 cup almond milk (or other milk of choice)
1 large, frozen ripe banana
3/4 cup frozen pitted cherries
1/2 cup frozen cauliflower chunks (you can’t taste it, it just adds extra thickness and bulk - can sub ice cubes if you like!)
1-2 tbsp almond butter
1 tbsp ground flax or chia seeds
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 scoop of chocolate protein powder (optional)
Pinch of sea salt
Hot Cocoa More Granola
Banana, cherries, mini chocolate chips and chia seeds, for topping (optional)
Starting with the almond milk, place all ingredients except granola in a high-speed blender. Blend until completely smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes. It will be thick - feel free to add more milk if you need to get the blender moving or want it a bit thinner!
Pour into a bowl and top with chunks of Hot Cocoa granola and other toppings of choice!
