Burrata Platter



  • 1 ball of fresh burrata
  • 4 plums 
  • 2 apricots 
  • 1 cup raspberries 
  • 1/4 cup salted pistachios (shelled) 
  • 1 cup More Granola Nutty Crumble
  • 1/4 cup Hot Honey
  • fresh Rosemary (to serve)




  1. Add a little butter to a pan and cook plum halves flesh side down for about 6-8 minutes until burnt and starting to cook through. 
  2. Assemble the plums, apricot halves, raspberries and burrata on a platter. 
  3. Add granola chunks.
  4. Sprinkle with pistachios then drizzle with Hot Honey.
