Burrata Platter
Ingredients:
- 1 ball of fresh burrata
- 4 plums
- 2 apricots
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1/4 cup salted pistachios (shelled)
- 1 cup More Granola Nutty Crumble
- 1/4 cup Hot Honey
- fresh Rosemary (to serve)
Instructions:
- Add a little butter to a pan and cook plum halves flesh side down for about 6-8 minutes until burnt and starting to cook through.
- Assemble the plums, apricot halves, raspberries and burrata on a platter.
- Add granola chunks.
- Sprinkle with pistachios then drizzle with Hot Honey.
