• 3/4 cup oats
• 1/4 cup oat flour
• pinch of salt
• 1 tbsp maple syrup
• 1/4 cup coconut oil (melted)
• 120g (~2/3 cups) dark/unsweetened chocolate
• 1/4 cup nut butter (we used almond)
• Pecan Pie More Granola
Mix base ingredients together, then press into the base of a loaf pan lined with parchment paper. Freeze for 15 mins while you make the fudge.
Melt the chocolate (microwaved for 50 secs, stir, then another 50 secs). Stir nut butter into melted chocolate until fully melted. Pour fudge layer on top of base layer, sprinkle on as much granola as you want & let sit in freezer for 1 hour. Remove, cut into squares (makes 8) then store in fridge!
